Gwalia Healthcare is a family owned SME, based in South Wales. We specialise in design and manufacturing a wide range of products from pharmaceutical and industrial packaging to medical device manufacture and automated filling for many recognised brand owners.
Our primary manufacturing site in Treforest cover 135,000 sq. ft. It is equipped with some of the latest all electric equipment and supported by an experienced and well-trained team of skilled operators and engineers in every department.

To meet our customer needs, Gwalia is accredited with BRCGS Packaging Materials, BRCGS Food Safety, ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications and is an FDA approved manufacturing site.
We operate three ISO Class 7 cleanrooms which are used primarily for pharmaceutical and medical device work.
